Bilal a new breed of hero : the biggest animation feature ever made in the middle east

Produced by hundreds of international animators at the middle east’s largest animation studios, Barajoun Entertainment, Bilal based on the life of Bilal Ibn Rahab one of the companions (Sahaba) of the Islamic prophet Mohamed. Bilal is that 7 years old boy who was obliged to live as a slave with his sister far away from home in a land called Mecca where greed and injustice rule all.


About the Movie


Bilal who has always dreamed to be a hero and a worrier finds himself in a true struggle after believing in Allah and converting to Islam . this brave step and all the bad time that hi faced specially as a humiliated slave didn’t succeed to put him down. this young men found the courage to raise his voice and choose his own faith where he needs to face “everything and everyone”.

Bilal- Awarded as "the Best inspiring movie" at Animation Day in Cannes


"Bilal" from the producer and co-Director Ayman Tariq Jamal was awarded as "Best Inspiring Movie" on the Animation day in Cannes during Cannes Film Festival, it is the first Animation film produced by Emirates / Saudi team winning an Award in Cannes, and the first production of Barajoun Entertainment Inc. from Dubai, where Bilal was completely made over.

Hollywood reported Billa as well saying that "Bilal keeps the action flowing for two solid hours. The film is never puzzling or obscure...it is a strong story well told that creates plenty of emotional momentum".
